I’m sure it’s a manic Monday for most getting prepared for jump racings biggest week, well if you look at Twitter, twitters biggest week, Cheltenham! May you all travel to and from Cheltenham safely and may all the horses and riders have a safe week and return safe and sound. I will be hosting #GoRacingGreen on Tuesday and I look forward to welcoming our visitors and giving them a bit of British/South African hospitality for the morning. On Thursday, I will be attending The Cheltenham Festival for the first time, which I’m extremely excited about and looking forward to it. As I’m training in Britain now, I’m obviously going to be shouting the Brits home, and I have a feeling we are going to do really well. Be careful of a wounded soldier, so in a light hearted fashion, don’t take me too seriously as a tipster, I am making my NAP’s for the week Constitution Hill and Bravemansgame. Go team GB!

Our horses are getting on really well, Mr Fayez isn’t too far off a run and we look forward to that. Former champion apprentice Josephine Gordon put him through his paces last week and he is coming along the right way. The babies are also looking really well and although we won’t have many runners to begin with, we are hoping there is decent one among them, it certainly seems so.

Newmarket is a wonderful place and I think we take it for granted seeing racehorses everywhere, we are so lucky to live in such a beautiful town and to have racings superstars all around us. I sometimes stand in awe at the bottom of Warren Hill watching the stars line up for a canter, it’s truly a blessing.

The Tattersalls Craven Breeze Up sales are only a few weeks away as well as the Goffs Breeze Up Sales and another Horse In Training sale at the end of April, so we are busy studying those catalogues and preparing to stock up a little more. Purchasing high quality horses at value prices has always been our strength, so join us and contact us to discuss our various ownership options.

That’s all for this week, follow our social media for more photos and action during the week and Happy Cheltenham Festival Monday!!!!!
